How far in advance should I make my reservation?
Our moon bounces are very popular!  We recommend you make your reservations as soon as you know the date, time and location of your event.

How do I know if the inflatable or concession item I am interested in renting is available?
Our online ordering system has real-time inventory checking.  If any items are unavailable, you will be immediately notifed before the order process is completed. And our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order.

Do you set up in parks?
Yes. Where applicable, you will be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits.  A generator may need to be used as well, as not all park locations have electricity.  We provide generators for an additional $55 per day.  If you use your own generator, it must have a spark-arresting muffler.

What time do you deliver and pick up the moon bounce(s)?
You decide on the specific rental time. Fun Sport Zone will arrive anywhere from 30 minutes to 6 hours before the scheduled start time of your event (we will call and confirm early deliveries with you.) You do not pay for set up time or early deliveries. We pick-up the unit on or shortly after the scheduled end-time of your event.  Please let us know if you require exact delivery and/or pick up times. We'll do our best to adjust our schedule to meet your needs.

Do you have insurance?
Yes. Fun Sport Zone is licensed and insured.  An insurance certificate is available for download (PDF format) if needed.

Are inflatables safe?
Absolutely! As long as all the rules outlined in the operator safety acknowledgement form are followed, and the unit is supervised at all times, they are very safe. We will request your signature on this form and give you a copy on the day of the delivery.
We securely stake the base of all inflatables into the ground. Four 50-200 lb. sand bags secured within commercial-grade duffle bags are used for surfaces such as packed gravel, cement or asphalt where stakes cannot be used.

What is the rental period?
We are very flexible with the rental period. Typically, our bounce units are rented on a daily basis for a period of 8 hours.   Prices are not pro-rated for shorter rental periods. We can also set up for an overnight occasion or two-day rental.

How long does it take to set up the inflatable?
It takes approximately 15-30 minutes to set up the unit and review the operator safety procedures with you. Additional time may be required for safety inspections where county permits are required.
What are my responsibilities as the renter of the moon bounce?
A responsible adult must be assigned to supervise all activity in and around the moon bounce while it is in use.  The adult must know (and enforce) all the safety rules. The renter is responsible for the safety of all participants and the care of the equipment.

When is payment due?
A $50 non-refundable* deposit is required at the time the reservation is made.  The remaining balance can be paid online any time before your event, or on-site at the time of delivery. We accept Visa, MasterCard, company or personal checks (made payable to Lohit, Inc. ) and cash.
* A 100% refund of your deposit will be made if your reservation is canceled due to inclement weather (rain, high winds, etc.)

What is your delivery policy?
Due to a high volume of weekend rentals, we have a 20-mile delivery radius. Deliveries beyond the 20-mile radius are charged at flat fee of $25 and confirmed on a case-by-case basis.   Fun Sport Zone reserves the right to not delivery beyond our 20-mile radius.  There is no delivery fee for deliveries within our 20-mile delivery radius.

What is your cancellation policy?
If your event is cancelled, simply let us know before the scheduled delivery date/time and we'll promptly cancel your reservation.  A refund of your deposit will be made only if your reservation is canceled due inclement weather (rain, high winds, etc.).  Fun Sport Zone reserves the right to cancel delivery on short notice if it is determined that weather will be a factor in the safety of the participants or harmful to the equipment in any way.

Can we set up the moon bounce in an
area where there is no electricity?
If needed, extension cords will be included with your moon bounce at no additional charge. If your event takes place in an area where an electrical outlet is unavailable, we can provide a fully-gassed generator for an additional $55 per day.

Will the moon bounce damage my grass?
We don't recommend keeping the moon bounce in the same spot for more than 2½ days.  For long-term rentals, the unit can be deflated and repositioned.
 Please note:  Some of our moon bounces require two or more blowers and require a generator regardless of whether or not the moon bounce is set up near an electrical source.  The blowers run continuously and typically pull about 6-7 amps, but peak at approximately 15 amps when initially started.  Two or more blowers on the same circuit** will most likely trip the circuit breaker.  We identify where generators are either strongly recommended, or required on the reservation form.
